All areas of the chassis including brakes, overrun and the corner steadies. We check the gas system for leaks and the appliances to make sure they are functioning properly and safely. We check the 12v and mains electric systems for faults that may be dangerous and the appliances to ensure they are working as they should. We test all areas, as per the manufacturer’s specification, for water ingress and provide and comprehensive damp report with each service and habitation check. We also test the water system to ensure there are no leaks and pumps work properly.

For some services we offer a mobile service as well as our workshop facilities. Annual servicing can be done mobile however it is usually quicker if you bring it to us in Worksop. If you need repairs carrying out at the same time, then it would need to come to the workshop as we can’t allocate time on a service to do some repairs and may not have the parts available at the time. All damp repairs, panel cracks, rail resealing or anything involving adhesive needs to come into the workshop so we can control the environment while the adhesives are curing. Solar panels and motor movers are also only done in the workshop.

In certain circumstances we can offer a towing service where there are no other alternatives to get your caravan to us for repair. This service is chargeable according to time and mileage. If we are returning a vehicle to your site or home, then it would need to be viewed on site to ensure you are happy with the work prior to us returning it.

In most circumstances we can generate an estimate from photographs of the damage in the case of resprays or accident damage. For water ingress issues we ask for a photo of the affected area so we can see the work we need to do to get to the affected areas as well as a recent damp report if its available.

If your vehicle manufacturer is a member of the Approved Workshop Scheme then, as members, we can carry out the service or habitation check and maintain your water ingress warranty. For Swift and Coachman, we can as an approved workshop carry out repair work under warranty.
